You can return any Comet Way retail product to the retailer from which you purchased it, subject to that retailer's return policy. You will need to provide a copy of your original sales receipt, credit card statement, or canceled check, as well as your address (no PO boxes), telephone number, and e-mail address (if applicable). You must also uninstall the software product from your computer and any storage devices and delete any backup copies, and explain briefly why you want to return the product for a refund.
